We contact them to see if they are interested in a job.

We offer up to $2000 if you refer someone who takes a job through us who is not already in our database.

Who is eligible for rewards?
Anyone is eligible if not currently a recruiter at our company.

When are rewards paid out?
After your referral has completed their probationary period on the job.

Rewards will be paid out via ACH.
