As a candidate in the throws of the job market the day to day job search can feel overwhelming.

 

We created these programs to:

  1. help candidates recognize and target opportunities

  2. make adjustments and prepare themselves for the daunting job search.

RPS Community

RPS Community is here for you. If you think you can benefit from any of the below:

Personal Consultations

In addition to group services we also provide one on one consultations. If you need a professional to look at your resume or prepare you for the job search we can help. Sign up for a personal consultation and we can curate the best next step together.

We started this community so you could have support and resources while going through the job search. Up your chances of success by learning from members' experiences and helping others by sharing your own. 

Community Structure

The community aims to provide guidance, support and best practice advice at the different milestones of your career transition journey.  It's here to prioritize landing that new job.

 

There are three levels of support in the community:

​

  1. General support in the Candidate Resource Center in the form of articles, group discussions and meetups online.

  2. Personal consultations designed to work with you on the most appropriate Candidate Success Program. This is a fee based service. 

  3. Events will include special speakers and closed group workshops filled with exercises to prepare candidates for their job search. Members can opt-in or out as they choose.

Candidate Resource Center

To make our services accessible to ALL candidates we have designed the Candidate Resource Center to help improve and prepare job seekers for the job search. 

​

Aspirations are great, being prepared, is even better.

The Candidate Resource Center provides:

​

- Templates for upgrading your resume

- Interview preparation questions

- Articles and tips for finding your new job​ 

  and much more.
